Congratulations to Chris Papsworth for winning the HOA this past weekend at the West Coast 400. Well done Chris!
Our light-hearted Meat Shoot event took place on Sunday 24th amid great, early-spring weather and attracted shooters from all over the lower-mainland. There were plenty of first-time participants learning the rules which entails between 2 and 4 shooters taking turns at shooting a single clay or a chip from that clay.
Thank you to all the organizers and congratulations to the winners of the meat prizes.
VGC successfully hosted the annual boxing day 3-bird shoot.
The clear winter day was a welcome change after a night of heavy rain however the sun did make a number of the stations particularly challenging.
Congratulations to high overall winner Kevin Bidewell and a big thank you to Sporting Clays director Jason Willis and the volunteers and staff who made it all possible; great job!
V. Hodgkins from Ladysmith is the winner of $2,050.00 from our 50/50 draw.
Thank you to all who supported the draw. The monies raised will go towards the purchase of a new service truck for the club.
